Our vineyards are located in the hilly areas surrounding the Roncà area. Dedicated mainly to the garganega, from which our Farinaldo Soave DOC and Le Macete Garganega Veneto IGT come from, they grow on basalt soils of volcanic origin, on gentle slopes with slight altitudes (200-300 m.s.l.m.). A terroir that is recognized in our wines, bringing sapidity and mineral stamp typical of volcanic soils.
Over time, the choice to combine other vineyards of pinot grigio, glera, merlot and cabernet.
